Vat Paste is used for printing purpose. The pastes have excellent brightness, dispersion and all fastness properties and can cover a range of colours from yellow to black. These dyes are the most important dyes for dyeing and printing on cotton and cellulosic fibres. Vat Paste have washing, light, perspiration, chlorine and rubbing fastness. All the dyes we are producing are also available in the paste form. Dye loading varies from 30-50%. They are recommended for textile printing. Vat Dispersion is a fine dispersion of vat dyestuff because of excellent brightness. It is mainly suitable for discharge prints by dischargeable dyes cellulose fabric. It also suitable for textile printing on cellulosic fabric like cotton, rayon, viscose staple, cuprammonium rayon etc.

Preparation of Printing Paste

Thickner :-900 gm
Water :-50 gm
Rosenon Vat Dispersion :-50 gm 100 Gm
[5% Shade] 

Stock Paste

Rangolite c Powder :-150 gm
Potassium Carbonate :-120 gm
Glycerine :-50 gm
Above Thickner (B) :-680 gm
Note : Stock Paste is filtered through a fine mesh cloth before printing.

Drying and Steaming

Printed cloth should be dried well at 55°C & Steaming is carried out continuously in rapid ager (10-15) Minutes or star ager (25 mints) in complete absence of air with moist at 101°c-103°c under pressure.

Roselene Aqueous Based Printing Stock Paste

Indalca Gum AGBV Gum UBV :- 3% or 3%
British Gum :- 3%
Maize Starch :- 6%
These all are cooked together with water till transparent mass is obtained and cooled at room temperature them and adjust the viscosity as per requirement.

Oxidation

Above Steamed Fabric is oxidised by treating in a bath containing Hydrogen Paroxide :- 2-3 CC / Lit
Sodium Perborate :-  2-3 Gm / Lit
Acetic Acid at 45°C :- 0.5-1         CC / Lit
Temperature for 10 Minutes
To keep the steamed fabric for air oxidation before chemical oxidation

Drying and Steaming

After oxidating rinsed well and soaped at warm
3 Gms / Lit Soap.
2 Gms / Lit Soda Ash.
(Viscose Fabrics at 80°C.) than wash and dried cloth.
